Dbol can be used with a variety of long-acting anabolic steroids to kick start their effects in the body. Winstrol & Dianabol are also a common combination in this respect.

Winstrol, commonly referred to as winny, was developed in 1962 by the Winthrop Laboratories (and hence the name). It is a FDA approved testosterone derivative. It is a very effective cutting and hardening agent and a favorite with body builders because it does not cause a lot of water retention so that the end result is a hard look and not a puffy one. It is also used in treating anemia and hereditary angiodema. In animals, it used as an ergonomic support.
 

Winstrol comes in an oral as well as an injectable form. Injections can be painful and sometimes abscesses and lumps may develop. Therefore, users have to keep on switching injection sites. It may be injected in the shoulders, biceps, triceps and quads.

To avoid painful injections, many Winstrol users also ‘drink’ it by squirting it into their mouths. This is possible because both the oral and the injectable forms of Winstrol are the same and not significantly changed by its path through the liver. It is important to shake the Winstrol vial before injecting or drinking it because Winstrol may settle to the bottom of the aqueous solution if allowed to stand for long.

It is quite beneficial to use Winstrol and Dianabol together because unlike some of the other anabolic steroids, Stanozolol does not convert to estrogen and thus anti-estrogen ancillary drugs are not required alongside. It also fights effects of estrogen like water retention and gyno. 

Along with an anti-estrogenic effect, Stanozolol is also thought to have an anti-progestagenic effect through which it again counters effects such as gyno.

Side effects of Winstrol are rare but may include water retention and raised blood pressure. In high doses, it may prove to be toxic to the liver.

In combined use, about 35 to 75 mg of Winstrol should be used by men per day in tablet form. For the injectable form, 25 to 50 mg of the drug Winstrol is commonly prescribed. Women should take significantly lower doses such as 5 to 10 mg every day. The dosage should be divided into two doses so that serum levels are maintained at effective levels. Wintrol usage should not exceed 4 to 6 weeks.
